Level 2 (sets 11–20) is medium and is about making arrangements and appointments, such as rescheduling group study before midterms, arranging an airport ride for break, and asking a TA about office hours. Level 3 (sets 21–30) is hard and is about asking for advice and making decisions, such as deciding on study abroad, getting a mentor’s feedback on a draft presentation, and dropping a heavy elective before the deadline.
